A coastal holiday home on Kawau Island, designed to tread lightly on its bush-clad site. A simple timber frame keeps the structure straightforward to build in a remote, boat-access location, while large openings connect the interior to the water. The house was recognised among the 2026 Timber Design Awards residential finalists.
