Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a subscription cost?
NZ$79.99 per month. You pay by card each month and can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
What counts as one claim?
One role on a project, or one of your products on a project. If you claim two roles on the same project, that is two claims.
Do pending claims count?
Yes. Pending and approved claims count towards your free claims. If we reject a claim, you get it back.
Who can see my claims?
Everyone, once we approve them. With a subscription, all of them show. Without one, only your free claims show (your earliest ones).
What happens if I cancel?
Your project involvements are hidden, except your free claims. Subscribe again and they all show.
What does account approval give me?
A public company page that you can edit, the ability to add products (for product companies) and the ability to claim. Before approval, nothing about your company is public.
Why do claims need checking?
So that what you see on Korbel is accurate. We check each claim before it appears on a project page.
Can two companies claim the same role?
Yes. Some projects have more than one architect or contractor, so a role can show more than one company.
