A full seismic upgrade and refurbishment of Wellington's central library, Te Matapihi ki te Ao Nui. The work retrofitted base isolators beneath the existing structure so the building can ride out a major earthquake, and reached a 5 Green Star rating. It won the supreme award in the over-$10-million class at the 2026 Commercial Project Awards and was a Property Industry Awards civic finalist.
