The Court Theatre

A permanent new home for Christchurch's Court Theatre, built in the central city as a hybrid timber structure. The building gives the long-running company purpose-built stages and public foyers after years in temporary premises. It won the Judges' Choice Award at the 2026 Property Industry Awards.
