Guidance for ECE Services — Evacuation from High-Rise Buildings

This document provides guidance to assist service providers to meet (or exceed) the requirements of HS4 � HS8 when developing and implementing evacuation plans for ECE centres located in high rise buildings. 2. Services may choose to use other approaches better suited to their needs as long as they comply with the criteria.
