Christchurch's new covered multi-use stadium at Te Kaha, One New Zealand Stadium. The roofed arena gives the city a permanent all-weather venue for sport and large events. It was delivered by a BESIX Watpac and Southbase team and recognised at the 2026 Building People Awards.
