A landmark mass-timber office building on Devonport Road that houses the Tauranga City Council. Its exposed engineered-timber structure makes it one of the country's most significant low-carbon commercial buildings. Developed by Willis Bond and built by LT McGuinness, it was named the supreme winner of the 2026 Property Industry Awards and also took the sustainability and commercial office categories.
