The third stage of works on Lincoln University's George Forbes Building, involving a major structural upgrade carried out beneath six occupied floors. The building stayed fully operational throughout, with the work finished ahead of programme. It won the supreme award in the under-$10-million class at the 2026 Commercial Project Awards.
