The fourth stage of the Carlaw Park Student Village is a 12-level student accommodation building at 22 Stanley Street in Parnell, next to Stuart McCutcheon House. It will provide about 960 self-contained studios, each with its own kitchenette and bathroom, making it the largest student accommodation building in New Zealand. Shared spaces include a games room, music room, theatre, study rooms and bike storage, and the design has a 5 Star Green Star rating. The building is privately owned and leased long term to the University of Auckland. Demolition started in 2025, foundations were finished by mid-2026, and it is due to open in February 2028.
