A purpose-built 30,000 m² logistics facility for life sciences and healthcare supply chains at The Landing Business Park, Auckland Airport. It provides temperature- and humidity-controlled warehousing, secure storage for controlled drugs and dangerous goods, validation chambers and specialised technical rooms, along with DHL's first goods-to-person automation system in New Zealand. The building holds a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built rating, and its airside location gives direct air-and-road connectivity.
